Scott Bright started painting at fifteen. Twenty five years on, nineteen of them spent at Higgins as a leading hand, then a foreman, then project managing the new construction division, he's run crews of up to eighty tradesmen and kept multiple large sites moving to schedule at once.

Based in Ringwood, he's comfortable working north, south and east of the city, on full interiors, exteriors, and everything in between.
